This Policy is prepared in compliance with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described herein.
1.Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal data when you use the Platform:
- Account & Identity Data: Your name, email address, and password hash created at registration. If you sign up via a third-party identity provider (e.g., Google), we receive the profile data permitted by that provider.

You can manage your Meta ad preferences at facebook.com/ads/preferences.
- Payment Data: If you purchase a subscription, payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processors (Stripe and/or ThriveCart). We do not store full card numbers or CVV data. We receive only a transaction confirmation and relevant subscription status.
- Communications: If you contact us by email or through the Platform, we retain the content of that communication and your contact details to respond to your inquiry.
2.How We Use and Share Your Information
We use your personal data for the following purposes:
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Platform and its features.

Sharing with Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only as described below:
- Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook & Instagram): Data collected via the Meta Pixel and Facebook SDK is shared with Meta to facilitate ad targeting, retargeting, lookalike audience creation, ad measurement, and conversion optimisation. Meta processes this data pursuant to its own Data Policy and Standard Contractual Clauses. You may opt out of personalised advertising by adjusting your Facebook Ad Preferences or using browser-based opt-out tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out.
- Payment Processors (Stripe, ThriveCart): Transaction data necessary to complete purchases.
- Notification Service Providers: Contact details transmitted to email and WhatsApp delivery services solely to dispatch reminders and alerts you have requested.
- Cloud Infrastructure & Storage: Your data is hosted on third-party cloud infrastructure. Providers are contractually required to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes.
